Free shipping on all US orders

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once it ships.

Delivery time

After shipping, orders typically arrive in 7-15 business days. Our products ship from our fulfillment partners' warehouses, and delivery times can occasionally be longer during peak holiday periods or because of carrier delays.

Holiday orders

To receive your order before Christmas, we recommend ordering by November 25. Orders placed after this date may arrive after December 25.

Multiple packages

If your order includes several items, they may arrive in separate packages. Each package will have its own tracking number.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, or your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipping, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or a refund if the package is lost.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us right away. We cannot change an address once an order has shipped.
