30-Day Returns
We want you to love your LumiLuxe purchase. If something is not right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging, together with your order number or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Email us at support@lumiluxehome.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping you paid, and you will not need to pay for return shipping.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item, size or color is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether it is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Order cancellations
You can cancel an order free of charge before it ships. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
